One hundred people.

Measurable impact. One record.

The annual editorial list documenting Indian-origin individuals who are visibly changing the world.

Introduction

About the Indianness 100

The Indianness 100 is an annual editorial list of 100 Indian-origin individuals whose work is visibly, measurably changing the world.

We are not ranking celebrity. We are documenting impact — the kind that shows up in communities improved, institutions reformed, industries transformed, and lives changed. Every year, the Indianness editorial team researches and selects 100 honourees across six categories, drawing on public nominations and our own reporting across the diaspora.

The list is a permanent record. Each edition is archived on this site — searchable and linkable — because the work that earned a place here does not expire.
