FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
Sanjay Puri
Sanjay Puri is a lifelong advocate for the Indian diaspora and the Founder and Chairman of Indianness. As the host of the Indianness Podcast, Sanjay brings to life powerful narratives of resilience, ambition, and identity — from entrepreneurs and artists to educators and innovators.
Sanjay launched Indianness to connect global voices, inspire emerging talent, and celebrate the shared values that bind Indian communities across continents. His work fosters mentorship, cultural pride, and meaningful crossborder connections that elevate individual journeys and collective impact
Beyond Indianness, Sanjay is the founder of Knowledge Networks, which includes RegulatingAI and CAIO Connect — initiatives focused on ethical AI, leadership, and public engagement. Over two decades ago, he also founded USINPAC, the first and largest bipartisan PAC for the Indian American community.
