Sonalee Parekh is the Chief Financial Officer at RingCentral, overseeing all financial functions including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. With over 25 years of experience in global capital markets and the high-growth technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer internet industries, she has held senior executive roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies. At HPE, she served as CFO of the Communication Technology Group and SVP of Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. Parekh also serves on the boards of Indie Semiconductor and Perella Weinberg Forward Acquisition Corporation, chairing their Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees, respectively. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she frequently speaks at Women in Technology events. She is a McGill University graduate with Great Distinction and a Chartered Accountant.
